Lions Duck Derby (Duck Race)

free admission open from 11ish
but mostly 12 - 5pm
duck race, stalls, games, tombola,
ride on train (running all afternoon),
children's entertainment area with face painting, rides, music, and circus workshops
and of course there are various refreshments
The duck race is 2000-3000 bright yellow ducks racing in the Thames towards the finishing line
Most visitors wait to see the race so the event is busy all afternoon.
Entry to the race is £1 by numbered ticket sold on the day
